Budget accounts not showing up

If you've already connected your budget, and later create new budget accounts, you will need to re-connect your budget. You can do this by going to Budgets, then clicking "Add budget". Your existing budget accounts will not be affected.

Make sure you do not use Apple when logging in to YNAB. Using Apple to login doesn't work with YNABs OAuth implementation. Unfortunately we cannot do anything about this.
