Synci automatically fetches transactions from your active bank accounts every 6 hours by default. If you have the Advanced or Pro plan, you can customize the sync frequency to anything between every 30 minutes to every 24 hours:
Unfortunately, some banks have a hard limit at maximum 4 requests per day (once every 6 hours). This means any sync frequency below 6 hours will result in requests failing, which might cause your bank account health to degrade to "Failing". When this happens, the bank account will only sync once every 24 hours, until it becomes healthy again.
If your bank has this restriction, there is unfortunately not much we can do to sync more frequently. Still, we encourage all our Advanced+ users to try enabling faster sync, and if you run into issues, gradually increase the sync frequency until it works.
