Suspended health status

If your source has health status "suspended", or if you've received an email from us notifying you of your source being suspended, your source has received too many errors and has been disabled by our open banking provider.

In an attempt to prevent this from happening, Synci performs health checks before trying to fetch transactions. If your source has been suspended, you can simply delete the source if it hasn't been deleted already, and create a new one. We do however urge you to contact support if this happens, as it will help us improve the health check and prevent future suspensions.
