Support response times

We offer different support levels based on your subscription:

  • Basic: No guaranteed response

  • Advanced: Response within 5 business days

  • Pro: Response within 2 business days

If you are subscribed to one of our old plans, the following levels apply:

  • Starter: Response within 14 business days

  • Duo: Response within 7 business days

  • Penta: Response within 2 business days

We will always try to respond as fast as possible to every message we get. Unfortunately, we might not always have the capacity to follow up on tickets from users on the Basic plan.

Tickets that are related to critical bugs, billing, or legal issues, are placed in ticket queues dedicated to these topics. These will always be followed up, but we cannot guarantee any response time outside of the ones listed above.
