Choose the accounts to keep

Keeps the given accounts enabled and disables every other account the provider found. Only possible once account discovery has finished (accounts_last_synced_at is set). While setup is pending, the first sync waits for POST /setup/complete. After setup is complete, the selection can be revisited and newly enabled accounts start syncing immediately if their settings allow automatic sync.
